2023 Skin Contact Chenin Blanc

A crowd favorite! Fermented on skins until dry, pressed to neutral oak for 11 months of aging. This new vintage of this Skin Contact Chenin Blanc is lighter in tannin, but still has plenty of textural presence. Opening with food friendly salinity, citrus pith, and finishing a bit more savory with ginger, and sage.
