2025 Direct Press Chenin Blanc

I've been working with the CCOF Certified Organic Wilson Vineyard Chenin Blanc for 3 vintages now. Every year I press directly to neutral oak barrels for fermentation and aging. I like a lean racy Chenin, but I think the combination of Clarksburg's climate and barrel fermentation really bring out wonderful texture and depth.

Whole Cluster Pressed to stainless steel, transferred to barrels for fermenting and aging for 11 months.
