2025 Whole Cluster Grenache

The 2nd vintage of Grenache from Shake Ridge. I feel really lucky to be able to work with this site and legendary farmer Ann Kraemer over in Amador County. When grapes are farmed with such love, care, and attention its impossible to make bad wine. 

Whole Cluster fermented for 2 weeks with gentle pump overs. Shake is known for growing grapes with a lot of potential tannin and dark broody flavors, but that's merely a suggestion. The intention with this wine is to be on the lighter, less-extracted side of Grenache.
